So Brett, just out of curiosity - can you smell the Victoria bonfires Smile from Sydney?
I know there are some 500 km apart, but still it is the 9th largest fires in historic time.
Or at least so I've heard on the news.

We had our own fires to smell. They were relatively minor, although I'm sure that the people who had houses burn down will find that small consolation.

Yeah, I wasn't sure of that, since I've only had about half an eye left for speed-browsing news this week.
I do hope that every Sydneyite is okay though! (Or well, u know what I mean, that you didn't lose any ones in the fires)

Sydney itself was basically untouched this year. There were some fires nearby, geographically speaking, but the state of Victoria had such a severe burning that the local fires pale into insignificance. I have relatives in Victoria who were threatened by fire, but they were untouched in the end.

Hey TFBW man, I saw the news about the rain and floodings. Then the 4thwall was unavailable, so I figured your servers may be underwater... Wink

Let us know if you have any interesting news or photage..foot..gdamhowdyaspellthatlol...
Take care and stay out of Coff's. EDIT: Unless you're there to help, of course.

Hi. Sydney is just damp from all the rain -- there are no serious problems here that I know of. Also, the forum is hosted in the USA, so if Sydney were to be wiped off the map you'd be able to use the forum until they took it offline because I didn't pay the hosting fees. Smile The outage, whatever it was, was just a temporary network issue.
