Greetings! My name is Dan, and I am a singer/songwriter from Norway currently applying to college in America. I have written a musical that takes place in a dream. I posted some of the songs from that musical in another forum, and that is how I was told about The Dreamland Chronicles.
I am really loving the comic! I sent a question to Scott about my music and he kindly suggested that I could share it with all you guys on this forum. Smile

I'd like to start with a song that really describes how it feels for me to have a flying dream. I am often and at times almost nightly experiencing sleep paralysis and lucid dreams, and some months ago I managed to combine the two.
Well that was me and dreams.

Yeah it's me singing. On this song I had a friend of mine adding a lot of instruments to my piano and harp, and I think he did a pretty good job.

Haha, I was just looking through the Princess Bride topic!! I didn't know that there were so many fans of that movie on this forum! I was asked in an interview a few months ago, because of a music video I made, what my favorite movie was, and of course it's that movie XDD
I know the movie by heart, and since I just recently read The Dreamland Chronicles some of those ideas you guys made and posted simply cracked me up!! XDD

The song Over the Fields is used in the musical. So is this one. It is the song sung by the incarnation of wasted fantasy. The mysterious person in the musical called The Dreamshaper.

"Dreamshapers song"

I was told about The Dreamland Chronicles by another member of Legends Place, the cucco kid! I compose a lot of melodies for film and movies, and this theme is dedicated to that member. If anyone knows about Chrono Trigger I am sure you will hear some kind of resemblance =)

"Cucco Kids Theme"
It's former name was "Traveling the World Map", and can give some nice feelings of flying dreams as well ^_^

In this music video, I am actually dreaming that I am both flying and walking underwater.

The underwater scene was horrible, since I had to see under water for the first time in my life XDD
And I was in the sea in December people! That was friggin COLD Laughing

Well I hope you enjoy this music video. The quality is not the best, but it's a zero budget school project so.. ^_^

Thanks for giving feedback ^_^ It's really a composers nutrition when you think about it! XDD

I did say there was to be songs related to dreaming. I hope it's ok that I sneak in some other stuff as well.

Finally tried video recording while playing the piano.
Made this about 11 years ago..
