Your thoughts? I thought it was a great addition to the website, and "Blackbird" from The Beatles is a big thumbs up from me.

Indeed. I think I'm gonna start scouting some more, unless someone here wants to give it a shot.

I could ask my buddy Kevin to do it...

You might recognize him from Underworld...

Well, that would be rather interesting. In fact, I think it would be fitting. By all means - if you think he'd be up for it, it'd be a pleasure to have him on board.

I'll ask him tomorrow.
I don't know if he has a microphone.
Post the lines somewhere and I'll see if I can get something out of him.

Well, I chose lines from earlier on in the comic... so here goes.

"I can't believe it... you're really here!"
"Oh yeah! I love to dance!"
"I think something happened to him. maybe he hit his head"

Of course, BUT there's the fact that I got very many incredible auditions for Nicko already.

Kevin was in Chicago doing a press junket for Underworld. This THursday is the premiere. He says he doesn't have a microphone...but I'll see what we can work out.

I hope the premiere goes well tomorrow. Anyway... if he's interested in picking UP a microphone, my friend who's been doing this voice acting stuff for two years highly recommends this Dynex microphone. I personally use this Logitech, and it works well - however, it's sometimes difficult.

I just wanted to be able to pass along a recommendation.

Do those microphones usually work better than headsets? Just wondering. Mr. Green

I was wondering, what other music does Scott listen to? I know music has a big impact on the creative process, so I was curious. Like, the band R.E.M.; the name itself suggests connections to the comic, as do a lot of their songs that I've heard. Or Alan Parson's album, Tales of Mystery and Imagination, as well as countless other bands, albums and songs. So...? Smile

I was actually sort of wondering if Scott's cleared the copyright on all the songs in the jukebox or if the RIAA is going to slap him at some point.
